Maxsen designs and installs smart homes across Singapore, starting with what you touch every day: smart switches with smooth 0–100% dimming and light that moves from warm white to daylight. Lighting, curtains, aircon and Wi‑Fi then join one app and one set of scenes: home automation planned with you, then installed and set up by our in-house team over five visits.

BTO and HDB flats

Plan your smart home before carpentry and electrical works are fixed. Smart switches that work without a neutral wire suit many HDB flats, and our BTO Package brings smart switches and lights together at S$3,680.

Condominiums

We plan around your MCST’s renovation by-laws, and every electrical change is made by a licensed electrical worker, as EMA requires. Smart switches, lighting and curtains then bring the whole unit into one app.

Common questions

How much does a smart home cost in Singapore?

Our smart home packages start from S$1,095 for five Nova+ Pro smart switches with a gateway and IR blasters, installed and integrated. The BTO Package brings smart switches and smart lights together at S$3,680, usually S$4,990. Your final quotation follows a site visit. See every package and price.

Do smart switches need a neutral wire?

Not always. Many HDB flats have no neutral wire at the switch, and our Ark smart switches work with or without one. We check your wiring on the first visit and recommend switches to suit it. Smart switches without a neutral wire.

When should I plan home automation in a new BTO?

Before key collection if you can, and always before electrical works and carpentry, while switch positions, ceilings and curtain power can still be planned. Planning a smart home for your new BTO.

Can I see and try it before deciding?

Yes. Visit our showroom at 9004 Tampines Street 93, open daily from 10am to 8pm by appointment. Consultations are available in English and Mandarin. Book a showroom visit.
