Maxsen designs, supplies and installs smart lighting across Singapore: downlights, track lights, cove strips, pendants and ceiling fans. Every light dims smoothly from 0 to 100% and tunes from 2,700 K warm white to 6,000 K daylight, and answers to your Halo, Lusano or Nova+ Pro smart switches and the app, so a whole room changes with one touch.
Anti-glare downlights
Deep-set, glare-controlled fittings such as Kasa Trimless and the Dawn Max recessed track keep the bright source out of sight from the sofa and the bed.
Track lights
The Dawn ranges: Ultra Slim on the ceiling, or Max recessed into it, each a set of three glare-free modules you can aim.
Linear lights
Linear Edge and Linear Grande: recessed rows of light for corridors, galleries and open-plan rooms.
Cove and LED strip lighting
Lumi cove strip in tunable white or RGBCCT for any colour, and dot-free COB strip for coves, cabinets and shelves, each run with its own smart controller.
Surface lights and pendants
Sphere and Cylinder surface lights for ceilings that cannot take a recessed light, the Opal Globe for corridors and balconies, and a Linear Pendant over the table. We can make the pendant you already love smart too.

Smart lighting questions
Can every light dim and change colour temperature?
Yes. Every Maxsen light dims from 0 to 100% and tunes from 2,700 K warm white to 6,000 K daylight. Light Alchemist takes downlights further, down to 1,800 K candlelight.
Warm white or cool white?
Match it to the room and the other lights. Warm white suits living rooms and bedrooms in the evening, cooler white suits kitchens and studies, and tunable white lets one fitting do both.
How many downlights does a room need?
Fewer than most people expect. If a cove gives the room its ambient glow, downlights only need to light the walls, tables and counters; a dense grid of identical downlights makes a home look like an office corridor. How to place downlights.
Are downlights bad for low HDB ceilings?
Not if they are deep-set and placed away from seating. Low ceilings simply make good fitting choice and placement more important.
Can you make my existing pendant smart?
Yes. We can make the pendant you already love smart, so it dims with the rest of the room and joins your scenes.
